Over 20 years of proven experience
MCL was established in 1988 by Debendra Modi upon his return to India after attaining MS degree in engineering from Drexel University, Philadelphia and 3 years work experience at Singer Corporation, Link Simulation systems Division, Cherry Hill, NJ, USA.. From our humble beginnings as a garage operation from home is now a sprawling facility with more than 30 technical staff members and over 15 million dollars group revenue and more than 1000 system installations. MCL owes its success to the sincerity and hard work of its numerous employees over the years and our strong commitment to quality and our strong fundamental understanding and knowledge in IT systems.
CTI (Computer Telephony Integration)
MCL is the pioneer in CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) systems with more than 750 CTI systems successfully installed and working all over the world. The CTI systems include IVR (Interactive Voice Response), Call Loggers and Development and installation of call centers. MCL has been honored by receiving the approval of its systems by TEC (Telecommunication Engineering Centre), a government of India organization, which regulates the installation and interface of systems installed in the telecom network. MCL is also the preferred partner of Intel Dialogic Corporation and Ai-Logix Corporation. MCL has successfully installed telephony systems incorporating automatic speech recognition systems with high degrees of accuracy.
MCL offers complete range of IT services - right from application software development, automated testing of software and quality assurance, and its maintenance. MCL also provides complete web services right from web site designing, hosting, programming and ecommerce.
